Right Turn Signal
Maneuver your glider to the left of the tow plane and gently pull the tow plane's tail to the left, moving his nose to the right.

Maneuver your glider to the right of the tow plane and gently pull the tow plane's tail to the right, moving his nose to the left.

From directly behind the tow plane, rock your wings.

From directly behind the tow plane, fishtail the glider.

When the tow plane rocks his wings, an immediate release is mandatory.

The glider moves out to the left, so the tow pilot can see him/her rock the wings.

An obvious yawing movement by the tow plane indicates the tow plane can not release.

This airborne signal indicates a problem with the glider such as spoilers out. When you see it, immediately check your spoilers or look for a problem with your glider.
